The H2GEO project has reached another important milestone with the completion and submission of the final project deliverables. The Publishable Report (Deliverable 1.4), summarising the project’s objectives, completed deliverables and key milestones, has been submitted. In addition, the final work package, WP6 – Evaluation of new technology for hydrogen and geopolymer composites production from post-mining waste, has been successfully completed with the submission of Deliverable 6.2 – Economic aspects of hydrogen and geopolymer composites production from waste dumps and Deliverable 6.3 – Results of Market, Social, Legal Aspects and LCA Analysis. These reports assess the economic, environmental, legal and social aspects of the proposed H2GEO technology and its potential for future implementation.

The project has also successfully achieved the final milestone, MS1 – Creation of the database system, through the development of a harmonised GIS database, two interactive web applications, and a Zenodo repository for storing the project datasets and research results.
