During the KOMEKO 2026 conference, organized by the KOMAG Institute of Mining Technology, a POST-MINING project session was held, during which project partners presented the results of the work carried out to date.
The presentations covered a wide range of topics, including research on the gasification of the energy fraction, assessment of the potential use of the mineral fraction for geopolymer production, recovery of selected critical raw materials, as well as the potential applications of hydrogen and geopolymers within a circular economy framework.
In addition, during project workshops held alongside the conference, key information about the H2GEO project was presented, including its objectives, scope of work, and the results achieved so far.
